Asbestos Abatement Project
Oversight
Owners need to be
assured that their asbestos abatement contractor is following applicable rules
and regulations throughout the course of the asbestos abatement project.
Oftentimes, once the project is started, contractors erect barriers which
inhibit entry by unauthorized personnel, including the owner. Without proper
certification, entry into these areas is prohibited.
Owners need to have a
knowledgeable representative on site, and within the containment area, to
function as their eyes and ears during an asbestos abatement project. Without
this, owners have no means of knowing if the regulations are being followed,
safe work practices implemented, costs controlled, or the work being done as
requested.
Environmental Support Network, Inc. functions as an independent,
third-party representative of the owner for liability minimization, assurance
of work practices, cost containment, and regulatory agency Interface.
