Phase One Environmental
Site Assessments (ESA's)
Phase One Environmental
Site Assessments (ESA’s) are required by some financial institutions prior to
property transfer.
This is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of a site's
environmental condition. The process involves research into the background
usage of the subject site as well as neighboring properties. The process
involves a site reconnaissance and researching background records for possible
environmental degradation that could reasonably affect the subject site’s
environmental condition.
The work culminates with a report called a Phase One
Environmental Site Assessment Report that details the findings of the site
reconnaissance and the background records check. Our goal, whenever possible,
is to facilitate the property transfer process without the need for extraneous
investigations.
Environmental Support Network, Inc. understands how important
this process is for potential purchasers of a new property as well as sellers
of properties. Environmental Support Network. Inc. conducts ESA’s that are
thorough, comprehensive, detailed, and designed to minimize the environmental
risk associated with these ventures
